Digital Products Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for your eBook. To initiate a refund, simply email me at shop@avalaneauthor.com.
Please include your order number, your name, and the email address associated with your purchase. This helps me find your order faster.
Keep in mind, after I initiate the refund, it might take your bank or credit card company up to 10 days to process and reflect the refund.
